Connecting the Gateway to specific boilers and heatpumps¶
If you cannot use the service connector, you have to use the EMS bus terminals or wires to connect the Gateway to. Below a number of examples for specific boilers and brands.

Bosch Condens 2300i W, GC2300 W 24/30 C, GC2300i W 24/30 C¶
Condens 2500W, WBC 24-1 DE, WBC 28-1 DCE¶
This boiler has a combined EMS and on/off thermostat connector. If it has an on/off thermostat you cannot use the Gateway. In this case replace the on/off thermostat with an EMS thermostat.
Bosch Condens 7000iW, GC7000iW 35, GC7000iW 35 C, GC7000iW 42¶
Some other Bosch boilers are rebranded ones from Buderus and Junkers. If your boiler is not listed above, check the other brands for a matching picture.
This controller does not seem to provide meaningful interaction with the Gateway! The connector listed below is only for reference. It has not been proven to work with the Gateway yet.

Some Greenstar boilers are not intended to be used with a thermostat and in that case the BB connector is missing from the circuit board. You cannot add a Gateway to such a boiler as these boilers do not have an EMS bus.
