Connecting the Gateway to specific boilers and heatpumps¶

If you cannot use the service connector, you have to use the EMS bus terminals or wires to connect the Gateway to. Below a number of examples for specific boilers and brands.

heatpumps almost all have a service jack. See the previous page.

This boiler has a combined EMS and on/off thermostat connector. If it has an on/off thermostat you cannot use the Gateway. In this case replace the on/off thermostat with an EMS thermostat.
