Sometimes it can be difficult though to predict if a certain boiler or heat pump will give you those parameters/entities you would like to see with the EMS products from this website.
Or maybe you are unsure if you can integrate it into your home automation.
In all these cases you can buy an EMS product from this website, and try it out for a few weeks (Let’s say about 40 days after delivery).
If something does not work or you are missing parameters, contact us and we will try to make it work.
If it still does not meet up to your expectations you can just return the product for a full refund. (Return shipping is for your own expense).
The only conditions are that the product is still in working order, un-modified and including the paid accessories.
If the product is broken, no refund can be given unfortunately.
If paid accessories are missing like the EMS cable or power supply these amounts will be subtracted from the refund.
Returning a product
If you want to return a product, please reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll send you the return address.
You then send it back, we test it on delivery and then we will process the refund within a few days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method as the purchase. So if you paid via credit card, the return amount will be issued back to your credit card.
A full refund means the complete order amount including the shipping cost of the original order. You only pay for the return shipping yourself.
Furthermore you’ll get a specified credit note via email.
Exchanging a product for another model (upgrade/downgrade)
Maybe you ordered a WiFi-only Gateway like the S3 and discover that the network reception is not good enough so you would like to get an Ethernet equipped model with wired networking like the E32 V2 instead. Or you ordered an EMS interface board and it’s just too much of a hassle with all the wires so you want to get an EMS Gateway.
If you want to exchange a product please reply on your order confirmation email and we will see what the best option is in your case.
Usually you return the whole order for a full refund and then order the replacement Gateway model you wanted. So two different actions: returning the products and a new order.
You do not have to wait of course until the refund has been processed. You can order the new products at any time.
