Feel free to ask any question you may have, however please do a bit of homework before asking the obvious questions. The last months we are getting so many requests we cannot always answer them all.
You can write to us in English, Dutch or German.
If you have a question about a product you have purchased, please reply on the order confirmation email you received when you placed the order so we have the right order information directly attached. If you use this form instead please include your order number. Replying on the order confirmation email will usually get you a faster reply.
If you are installing your BBQKees product and you have some problems or are stuck after going through the wiki, you can also look for possible solutions (especially firmware or home automation related questions) on the Discord channel or open an issue on the firmware repository (Both in English only).
If you want to verify that the EMS Gateways will work with your boiler or heat pump first check the compatibility page HERE.
If your boiler or heat pump is not listed, check if it looks like any unit in the pictures.
If so, it is also compatible. If you don’t see a resemblance, do a quick Google search on the installation manual of your exact model. Download the manual and search (Ctrl+F) in that document on the word ‘EMS’.
99% change you will find it and then it will also be compatible.
The following brands are NOT part of the Bosch group and none of our products will work on any heat source from that brand: Agpo Ferroli, Atag, AWB, Remeha, Vaillant, Viessmann, Intergas, Brötje, Baxi, Toshiba, Hitachi, Daikin, Nibe, Panasonic, etc.
